Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip within the 30-day window.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your online account to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label, or visit any physical MUJI store location.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at an authorized courier location using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
